NEW SERVICE: STATE OF THE ART INDOOR AIR QUALITY TESTING

Most of us spend the vast majority of our time indoors and that there is growing evidence of increased discomfort due to the quality of indoor air. With this intention, HealthE Air Technologies developed a state-of-the-art testing system in collaboration with the Government of Canada and with the assistance of National Research Council of Canada (NRC), to develop a state-of-the-art testing system for the toxicological evaluation of indoor air - the HealthE Air tester.

The HealthE Air Technologies Airtester is an indoor air quality evaluation system, which is used to test for a variety of indoor air contaminants including toxic gases or toxic particles. This includes such compounds as hydrocarbons (fuels, gases), solvents, toxic compounds from exhaust, cigarette smoke, nitrogen compounds (nitrogen dioxide), toxic metals such as chromium and lead, adhesives and glues, formaldehyde and other preservatives such as creosote, and particles such as asbestos.

The air tester also detects biological contaminants such as mold and bacteria. This includes any organism found circulating in the indoor environment, including disease-causing organisms such as Aspergillus and Stachyobotrus (molds). The HealthE Air tester also will detect high amounts of dusts, including fibrous and granular particles, hair, pet dander and dust mites.

Our technology is advanced - yet inexpensive to implement. The technology consists of both a product and service component and is easily installed. Simply put if there is something that can adversely affect human health in the indoor air, the HealthE Air test system will detect it and will be documented in our customized detailed report. Our exposure period is between 4-7 days and will let people know if their indoor air quality is a concern or a problem.
