- Assist strata corporations with interpretation of the Strata Property Act and the Regulations.
- Assist with drafting bylaws and rules.
- Assist with forming new strata councils.
- Assist in dealing with problems affecting the affairs of strata members.
- Publish a quarterly publication (the Condo Chronicle) through which information on condominium matters is disseminated to strata councils and strata residents.
- Conduct seminars and arrange lectures on matters of concern and interest to condo owners.
- Upon request, attend strata council and general meetings to speak and assist owners in understanding the function of the Association.
