Open to those individuals whose strata corporation is not a member of the Association who have applied for an Associate Membership and have been accepted by the Board.

Open to any Corporation and/or business operating in the province of British Columbia who have applied and have been accepted by the Board. Members receive all the benefits provided by the Association.

Open to any strata corporation in the province of British Columbia whose application has been accepted by the Board of Directors and upon payment of the prescribed membership fee. Members receive all the benefits provided by the Association and have voting rights.
