Homeowner Protection Office
The Homeowner Protection Office is responsible for licensing residential builders and building envelope renovators province-wide, monitoring the third-party home warranty insurance system, a research and education function to benefit the industry and consumers as well as administering financial assistance programs for owners of leaky homes in the form of no-interest repair loans and the PST Relief Grant.
